Silver Stepping Stone Chain Mail Pendant Necklace

The flowing “Stepping Stone” pattern chain mail pendant in silver jump rings hangs from a sterling silver small link necklace.

I created this handmade pendant using a mix of silver jump rings. The rings cascade down and around the two center rings much like the flow of a river or waterfall.

It’s strung on a 18″ sterling silver plated small link chain which is finished with a lobster claw clasp. Ready for immediate wear!

This is a labor-intensive chain mail pattern but the results are just stunning!

Pendant available for purchase HERE.

Rainbow Stepping Stone Chain Mail #2

The first of this design sold, so I’ve made a second. It’s available once again in my etsy shop.

The flowing “Stepping Stone” pattern chain mail pendant in silver and rainbow colored rings hangs from a sterling silver small link necklace.

I created this handmade pendant using a mix of jump rings in both silver and rainbow colors. The rainbow cascades down and around the two center rings much like the flow of a river. Eleven different colored rings bring a full, vibrant color wheel to the piece. Starting at the top with red, orange, salmon, copper, yellow, teal, green, sky blue, purple (violet), fuchsia and pale cotton candy pink.

It’s strung on a 18″ sterling silver plated small link chain which is finished with a lobster claw clasp. Ready for immediate wear!

If you missed it the first time around, here’s another chance to snag it! Available in the shop HERE.

Two New Chains

By popular request, I’ve recently started offering a small selection of ready-to-wear chains in my shop. I have had two silver options but I’ve just listed a copper and antique gold (bronze) option as well.

These two options are great for my brown wire and bronze wire pieces.

Hopefully, this helps when trying to find just the perfect chain to go with your new pendant! Copper available HERE and Antique Gold (Bronze) available HERE.

Rainbow Silver Stepping Stone Chain Mail Pendant and Necklace

The flowing “Stepping Stone” pattern chain mail pendant in silver and rainbow colored rings hangs from a sterling silver small link necklace.

I created this handmade pendant using a mix of jump rings in both silver and rainbow colors. The rainbow cascades down and around the two center rings much like the flow of a river. Eleven different colored rings bring a full, vibrant color wheel to the piece. Starting at the top with red, orange, copper, yellow, green, teal, blue, purple (violet), raspberry, fuchsia and pale cotton candy pink.

It’s strung on a 18″ sterling silver plated small link chain which is finished with a lobster claw clasp. Ready for immediate wear!

This is a labor-intensive chain mail pattern but having made it in all silver first (also available in the shop!) it just called out for a rainbow version as well. The piece is lovely as-is and would also be a wonderful pride and equality gift.

Chains Available

By popular request, I’m adding a limited selection of handmade, ready-to-wear chains to my etsy storefront. These are the perfect compliment and accessory to any of my handmade pendants such as the Tree of Life or Bird Nest pendants.

Here are two currently available.

A few more chains will be listed shortly. Hopefully, this will help those who are looking to immediately wear a pendant!

Sultan’s Collar Necklace

Here’s a custom piece I just finished last night. It was based on another piece that they really liked. I spent about a month ordering supplies from all over the world and waiting for them to arrive. Then I set about breaking down the pattern and figuring out how it all came together. I did it assembly-line style, counting out the groups of pieces I’d need. Once all the parts were ready, I assembled them all into one, cohesive necklace.

Took about four hours of assembly time total.

It was a challenge but it was fun stretching myself into something completely different. Don’t forget, I gladly accept custom orders so please contact me if you’d like something unique of your own. And check out the items for sale on PhoenixFireDesigns.com and PhoenixFire Designs @ Etsy.
