Tree of Life Pendant in Genuine Picture Jasper in Copper and Brown

The Tree of Life is
a concept that's been featured in myth, story and legend literally
all around the world. Since ancient times, people have used
variations on the theme. Connecting all things - the realms of the
spirit, the physical, the Divine and the mundane - the roots of the
Tree and the branches touch all things and bring them together in
harmony.
This pendant is handmade using painstaking wire-wrapping techniques. Non-tarnish
copper wire frames and encircles the pendant, and then permanently colored brown
wire is used as the roots, trunk and branches of the tree. Chips of Picture
Jasper are then used as the "leaves" of the tree.
Picture Jasper is a natural, semi-precious gemstone known as a stone of
proportion and harmony. It's said to offer protection from negativity. Picture
jasper is also said to be a stone of "Global Awareness" bringing affinity and
understanding between humanity and nature.
Each pendant is fully hand crafted and thus one-of-a-kind. No two are alike.
Please allow for some natural variation as each piece is created fully by hand,
from the frame, to the trunk to the branches. The pendant is approximately 1.5"H
x 1"W not including bail. The bail is wide enough to accommodate any cord or
chain of your choice for wearing. (Not included.)
