Shipping and Processing rates are as follows:

All order that total under $30 are:
$2.50 to the US
$5 anywhere else

Orders totaling $30.01 - $50.00 or more are:
$3.50 to the US
$8 anywhere else

Orders totaling $50.01 - $100.01 or more are:
$5.50 to the US
$12 anywhere else

Orders totaling $100.01 - $199.99 or more are:
$8.50 to the US
$15 anywhere else

Orders totaling over $200 are:
$12.50 to the US
$20 anywhere else

Priority Mail is available - US ONLY (2-3 day delivery)
Small flat-rate box - $6.00
Large flat-rate box - $12.00

Global Priority Mail is available OUTSIDE the US (4-6 day delivery)

Insurance is also an option at buyer's request. I take great care to package items well but accidents happen in shipping. I can't be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit. On top of shipping costs, add the following:

This is the exact charge of the US Post Office.
Note: I will not claim an item to be worth more then it is. i.e. if the piece is a $30 item, it must be claimed as $30. Claiming the value of an item higher then it's actual cost is a federal offence.

Combined Shipping Discounts
At this time, every item on the site is set up as a one-item "Buy It Now." This is because many years ago when I started this site, there was no easy shopping cart setup like there is now. This means each item will sell as an individual transaction complete with shipping. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please EMAIL ME with a list of the items you want and I'll create a custom invoice including a combined shipping discount. Combined shipping discounts are available ONLY if all items are paid for in ONE payment. No shipping refunds will be given it items are paid for across multiple transactions due to the fees incurred per transaction. I am sorry for the difficulty but until I have time to manually recode the entire site, it's the only way to get a discount on multiple items. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-Jewelry Items
Some non-jewelry items will have separate shipping and handling charges that are automatically factored into the Buy It Now information and will override the default shipping and handling rates. Generally speaking, something like a Faerie Hutch will be $5 Domestic shipping and approximately $12 International. Horns are shipped at default shipping rates.

Shipping Times / Delivery Times / Rush Orders
Unless otherwise noted, items are created to order. Please allow at least a week for your order to ship. Often, components specific to your order must be obtained and of course, the creation process for your order can vary. Remember, every item on this site is completely hand crafted and takes time to make. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification. Items are shipped First Class Mail (unless expedited mail options are selected) and delivery times can vary based on location. Most items arrive in about 3 - 5 business days from mailing, though this is an estimate only. I can not guarantee delivery times unless expedited mail options are selected. Please notify us BEFORE placing an order if this is a time-sensitive order. We can always try to work with you to meet your time limits, but there may be additional fees involved (notably expedited shipping charges.)

Customs Forms For International Buyers
Federal law requires that I identify and value items shipping internationally on a customs form. Items will be listed appropriately and for the cost paid (less S&H.) Any taxes, fees, or surcharges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging & Recylcing
Necklaces, bracelets and earrings are all shipped in bubble wrapped within padded envelopes. Horns, penguins, and Faerie Hutches are shipped in sturdy, cardboard boxes with bubble wrap to limit breakage. In an effort to reduce waste and promote healthy environmental living, some packing materials may be recycled and reused.

Gift Orders
I'm happy to send an item directly to a gift recipient. Simply note in your order that you wish it to go to a different gift address.

Returns
Except under extreme extenuating circumstances, all orders are final. Please, no returns.

Repairs
In the rare instance that your item breaks and you need it repaired, please email me to discuss the specifics. Pending on the amount of replacement beads it takes and the level of repair, there will be a small, variable fee. Additionally, owner is responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not repair items we did not create.
