One-of-a-kind, Handmade Miniature Holiday Elf Hutch in Red and Green

I have only recently begun to work in miniatures. I created the first magical supply hutch as a gift for a friend. I wanted something faerie (fairy) sized; something that perhaps might be found in the little forest cottage where she lived. This one has been themed with a holiday kind of style like something you might see in Santa's workshop. The hutch is hand painted in two colors; a metallic green and a metallic red. Both colors have a high level of sparkle to them and a lot of play from the light. Then I go to town creating all sorts of unique items to fill the shelves. It's very particular, precise work and it takes many, many hours to complete a single hutch.

This is the first festive, seasonal holiday hutch and as such, I'm calling it an "Elf" hutch rather than a "faerie" one.

The top shelf details include multiple bottles, a candy cane and a toy train driven by a teddy bear in a Santa hat.

The middle shelf has bottles in silver and gold, a crystal ball on a silver base and three wrapped gifts in red, green and silver foil paper. The bottom shelf has a rocking horse reindeer, a snowman and a brass candle holder and candle.

This holiday hutch would be perfect for anyone who wants a whimsical, Christmas, Yule or just seasonal touch for their dollhouse, or who wants a little fun with their hokiday decoration. It's also a neat conversation piece to have out on display year-round. It measures around 6.5" in height at it's tallest point, 4" width and about 1.25" in width. The piece is hand signed on the bottom by the artist. (Me!)
