One-of-a-kind, Handmade Miniature Holiday Elf Hutch in Antique Green, Red and Gold

This is my third year making dollhouse sized miniatures. (Or "fairy" sized as I like to call them.) This one has been themed with a holiday kind of style like something you might see in Santa's workshop. The hutch is hand painted in three colors; a beautiful metallic green, a metallic red and an antique gold. The entire piece has also been dry-brushed with gold accents to give it a more antiqued look. After painting, I go to town creating all sorts of unique items to fill the shelves. It's very particular, precise work and it takes many, many hours to complete a single hutch.

This is the third festive, seasonal holiday hutches I've made and I call it an "Elf Hutch" for fun.

The top shelf features a box open to reveal dolls, an angel with her hard, a Santa, glass bottles in holiday colors, candy canes and even a present tucked into the top corner. The second shelf features more festively wrapped presents in metallic foil, a gingerbread house, more holiday glass bottles, a silver serving plate and a snowman figure.

Inside the bottom cupboards, there is a miniature sleigh waiting to fly down a snow-covered hill, a snow-flocked miniature Christmas tree, and four glass bottles in tones of silver and blue.

Every surface is painted with as great attention to detail and personalized touches. You can see some of the gold dry-brush accenting from this angled shot on the sides of the hutch.

This holiday hutch would be perfect for anyone who wants a whimsical, Christmas, Yule or just seasonal touch for their dollhouse, or who wants a little fun with their holiday decoration. It's also a neat conversation piece to have out on display year-round. It measures around 6.5" in height at it's tallest point, 4" width and about 1.25" in width. The piece is hand signed on the bottom by the artist. (Me!)
